Directions for Use

Diffusion: use 3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice, and follow diffuser directions.

Topical: Apply 1-2 drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity. 

Internal: Dilute one drop with one drop carrier oil and put in capsule; up to 3 times daily. 

Caution: Possible skin sensitivity . Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under doctor's care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
