Shea Butter
For hundreds of years, the native people throughout the African Savannahs have used the superb healing and therapeutic powers of shea butter to protect their skin and hair from environmental factors. Shea butter seeps into the skin to stimulate cell reproduction which quickly replaces damaged cells.
Imported directly from Ghana, we offer the purest shea butter in its unrefined
state. Don't be fooled, "refined" is not better! Refining shea
butter is usually done by bleaching and deordorizing it; neutralizing
it with lye; and overheating it to very high temperatures and therefore
losing the healing properties.
Shea Butter has been used for the following conditions: Blemishes, Wrinkles,
