Direct Mail:  You have the option of mailing in your order with a check. Simply fill in all the necessary information at check-out but instead of entering credit card information, print out the order and mail it to us together with your check and we'll be pleased to e-mail you a confirmation when we receive it.

Shipping & Handling:  The Soap Shop offers a number of shipping options. You will be asked which method you prefer, at check-out. Most of our products are made fresh to order and are typically shipped within 2 business days.

Foreign Orders:  Shipping costs may vary.  Upon receiving your order, we will contact you by e-mail to advise you of any changes in your shipping costs.

Gift Packaging:  The Soap Shop has created a number of gift items and we will be pleased to include a card with your sentiment. Please leave your message when prompted at check-out.

Sales Tax:  The Soap Shop is required to collect sales tax on orders shipping in the state of Colorado. If your order is being shipped to our home state of Colorado, the sales tax will be automatically calculated at check-out.

Return Policy:  The Soap Shop will happily exchange any item that is unsatisfactory.
